Sleep Sparks 'Aha!' Moments
✦ Summary
The article explains how
sleep sparks 'aha' moments. This tells us that if we take a nap, our brains
think better. But if we don't take a nap, our brains may have a hard time
thinking. According to the experiment from University of Hamburg in Germany,
about 85% of people who take a nap experience a eureka moments, but when people
don't take a nap, only about 55% people do. It says that a nap helps our brains
rest and better remember what we learned before.

✦ My Opinion
If I take a nap at school or at home, I will probably solve problems more easily, quickly and correctly. Before and after a nap, there are many changes in how our brains work. After a nap, our thinking becomes clear and we can concentrate on difficult tasks more effectively. In conclusion, I suggest that we should take a 10-to-20 minutes nap at school and at home. If school have a nap time, we can focus more on the teacher and be more active in class.
